Some say that if you climb but you haven't taken any falls, then you're not really doing it. It doesn't really matter whether you currently do more top roping than lead climbing but I guess you know that the goal is to lead. Don't think of falling as failure but rather as a way to improve your climbing performance and to train your mind for leading.
Taking the chance to fall is taking the chance to become a better climber.
