Climbing T shirt for Ladies - Red Point

Download this design for your lady climbing T-shirt in vector format (SVG) here

I came into rock climbing thinking that one must just get to the top, no matter what style and technique... As soon as I saw climbers clipping the quick-draws in the bolts and then passing the rope through the carabiners I knew there's more to it.

Red point climbing means you only have to hold onto the rock as you ascend, using the bolts or pitons for security purposes only. That is, if you take a fall that's the only case you would make real use of those securing points. You must reach the top of the route or finish the pitch without falling and without hanging in the rope for resting. That's red point - what Germans call rotpunkt.

The red point style led to the sport climbing movement as we know it today. Back in the mid 70's, the red point at the bottom of a route meant it could be free climbed without using the pegs as handholds or footholds. Read more about this on Wikipedia.

Keep Going - Snowboarding Print Design for Your Hoodie

My suggestion for printing your snowboarding hoodie

I have received a snowboard as a gift and that's how I got in touch with snowboarding. I'm not a master in this sport and most of the time, while riding, I resemble the guy in the print below. Lots of crashes, sore knees and wrists was my beginning but eventually I managed to get control of the board and enjoy riding the slopes.

There's a lot to learn for me at this moment and I also need a new board for this outdoor activity which is not only fun but also extreme. My current snowboard is for speed riding and this limits my possibility in learning tricks and techniques for powder riding or freestyle.

Enjoy your riding!

BMX Stunt Bike T-shirt Design

My suggestion for printing your BMX/stunt bike T shirt
My greatest trick while bike riding is breaking abruptly and lifting the rear wheel for a moment... Yes, I know it's lame but that's my best in terms of bike stunts :-).

There are formidable athletes out there who make my jaws drop with their BMX tricks. This print design is for you, guys!

If there is one extreme sport that I want to do before dying then it is skydiving, and the close relatives of course - base jumping and wing suit flying.

Free Climbing T-shirt Design in Vector Format - Climb Hard - Stay Motivated

Climbing T-shirt - Stay Motivated
Motivation is key in everything we do. Whether is endurance sports, study or work, the best outcome will only emerge when motivation is high.

When I was younger and started climbing, I had this strong motivation for power training. I consulted climbing websites and printed out training sessions so I could work the heck out of me on my fingerboard. My progress in climbing was ultimately caused by my forearm power and of course the confidence that comes with that. I knew I was strong, I knew I could hang on bad holds for extended periods of time so this gave be the boldness to climb harder and more exposed routes.

These days, however, I am much weaker and my climbing is based more on experience, footwork, diet (oats porridge) and optimized energy consumption while ascending. To be honest this suits me beautifully coz I found myself climbing for pure joy and not for a specific goal (a certain route, grade or competition). My training consists of climbing either outdoors or in the gym. No more maniac pull ups and dead hangs - I do some of these though but not as many as when I was young and dumb. I also keep my general fitness through mountain bike cycling, trekking and mountaineering.

Climbing Vector T shirt Design - Feeling Pumped?

My suggestion for printing your climbing T shirts and hoodies
Climbing T shirt Design
My first climbing experience reminds of one single thing: I got really pumped! Sore forearms, hard and thick as my calves and lots of stupefaction for being that weak - that's how it was.

I have a funny story related to this particular climbing design: I printed this drawing on yellow T shirts and I gave some to my friends. One of them - Rus Bogdan - accidentally put the T shirt and a pair of jeans into the washing machine. He learnt two things after this "mistake": one - the jeans were fading and two - he liked the new color of the T shirt better (it became a blend between yellow and green like you can see in the picture above).

My suggestion for printing your DWS climbing T shirt and hoodie

One print design for the free solo addict. DWS (deep water solo) or psicobloc is a form of free solo, that is climbing above the water having the water itself as protection in case of a fall. Climbers have to jump from the cliffs at first in order to have a feel of the air and to gain enough confidence for climbing and (sometimes) falling. Of course nobody wants to fall but it happens that's why there is the need to check out the falling sensation at first.

While airborne the climber must keep his/her body upright, maintaining a good vertical balance and tucking in the limbs, close to the body, when hitting the water surface.
